“First thing you notice is the view of the lake, it was beautiful. The house was very cute, rustic. My family loves this style of house. It is definitely an updated 1940’s home. We came in on Easter holiday so I think it was a little hectic. The beach was awesome. We roasted marshmallows by the fire. The neighbors were very nice. There was a stray dog hanging around the backyard but he was pretty friendly. ”

“Had a great stay! Stayed in Southend and went to The Eagles concert at Spectrum. Owner very responsive, reserved parking (1 space) plus street parking. Apartment in a multiapartment building so a coded lock on outside door as well as on the apartment door (different codes). It is a second-floor apartment with no elevator. Owner provided bottled water, coffee machine and coffee bag, juice and basic mixers. Will be back.”

“First, Georgia (homeowner) was outstanding with communication. Quick and clear responses to any questions. Second, the house was clean and convenient in a great location on the lake. The 2nd floor screened in deck with fans was where we spent most of our time playing games, eating and relaxing. We rented a boat from Georgia and she made it very convenient (offered to drop it off at our dock). 5 stars all around.”

“Wonderful week! The house was well stocked.. Loved the kayaks and the dock....convenient to Carowinds, grocery and fun restaurants. “We were very excited to spend a weekend at this gorgeous property as the pictures looked phenomenal! When we arrived and entered the property we were ECSTATIC! The "WOW" Meter was maxed-out! Beautiful resort like property, fully equipped for our grandkids and our adult kids! The pool was really a HUGE hit for all of us and the yard and patio area was just so relaxing! The bedrooms were ALL fantastic and everyone liked their "assigned" rooms. In other words, there wasn't a bedroom that was……

“We choose to stay here to explore Charlotte. This fantastic house was very clean and well stocked. We loved the location! A stones throw from the city and walkable to the south side establishments. Plenty of parking and we were able to bring our dog! The neighborhood is beautiful to walk around and very safe! Highly recommend!”

“We had to quick trip to Rockhill for a swim meet but found this beautiful property right on the lake. The host was very responsive and helpful and the house was perfect. We hope to come back soon when it is a little warmer to enjoy it more but that didn’t stop my son from jumping off the dock into the freezing lake. 😁 we would highly recommend this property!”
