“Like: Great unit. It was clean, had kitchen necessities . Outstanding Location with water view from pool deck and a very cool downstairs tiki bar. Trolley to Clearwater outside entry. Only dislike: no direct water access or dock. I felt like photo was pre hurricanes. ”

“Place looked amazing in person and there was so much to do while at our stay. Very clean and had little to no problems. Host was very nice to us. ”

“Our first time at weeki Wachee. This was a perfect location where this place is located. House was very clean. It has n more items to accommodate for the length of stay. We stayed 2 nights 3 days. We loved how it’s right of the river n not far from other attractions. Hopefully for next yr, we will try to stay another round! Thank you!”

“I have been to this area before and stayed in several different homes. I would actually pass this house and it looked appealing from the outside. I could never have been prepared for how well equipped, decorated, clean and the degree of detail which is paid to this home. There is nothing I could not have done as far as cooking, watching the TV and outdoor activities the area has to offer. Communications were great, and the guide in the home was super practical. “I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. ”

“The property had everything you needed on site! We only needed to supply the food! Our kids and grandchildren loved swimming. We even had a manatee come to our dock almost every day! It is by far the best property that we have stayed at. I have never seen Florida in that way. Now I understand what Old Florida means. Absolutely beautiful! Definitely plan on returning.”

The location, about 1 mile from Rogers Park, is ideally situated on the river with easy access to the marina for kayak and boat rentals and also great for watching passersby head to the inlets and springs all day long . . . then leisurely float back by again with friendly waves and relaxed smiles.
