Rebenblick Pfalz - Holiday apartment on the wine route
Welcome to an extraordinary residence where timeless architecture, modern elegance, and living history come together. This stylish penthouse loft is located in an impressive sandstone building that is celebrating its 200th anniversary this year—a building with a rich history, character, and soul. This historic apartment building once served as city hall and was thus a place of gathering and decision-making for generations. Today, it combines this special historical spirit with contemporary living comfort: The entire property underwent a complete, high-quality renovation in 2026, carried out with great respect for the building’s original structure and a keen eye for modern design. Inside, you’ll find a light-filled attic with exposed wooden beams, warm hardwood floors, and an open-concept layout. Generous skylights allow the space to breathe and create a pleasant, tranquil atmosphere at any time of day. The bedroom features a high-quality bed for restful nights, while the open-concept living and dining area invites you to linger—whether for a relaxed breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. Hospitality is a labor of love for us. We love welcoming people and offering them a place where they can immediately feel at home and relax. As active connoisseurs of life, we love spending our time outdoors in nature. Hiking, exploring, discovering new trails—that’s exactly what makes this region so special to us. The multitude of hiking trails right on our doorstep is a real highlight—we use them regularly ourselves and are happy to recommend them to our guests. Just as important to us as being active is enjoying life: a good glass of wine, long evenings with good friends, honest conversations, and shared laughter. For us, tourism means a conscious break from everyday life—time for yourself, for family, and for new experiences. Our goal is to create a place where exactly that becomes possible—a stylish base for exploration and, at the same time, a peaceful retreat to unwind. We’re happy to share our personal recommendations for the most beautiful hiking trails, regional wines, and culinary discoveries, as well as special spots off the beaten path. Arrive. Take a deep breath. Enjoy. The vacation rental is located in idyllic Wollmesheim, a charming wine village and district of Landau in the Palatinate. Surrounded by vineyards, nature, and rolling hills, the location combines tranquility, activity, and cultural diversity—ideal for connoisseurs, nature lovers, and explorers. A special highlight is the Rietburgbahn in Edenkoben, which takes you comfortably to Rietburg Castle with its magnificent panoramic views. For adventure seekers, the Kandel Climbing Forest offers a variety of courses. The surrounding area is rich in history and impressive architecture: • The romantic Madenburg castle ruins near Eschbach, one of the largest castle ruins in the Palatinate, with a fantastic panorama • The famous Trifels Imperial Castle, once the repository of the Imperial Regalia—an absolute must-see for history buffs • The impressive Berwartstein Castle, the only inhabited castle in the Palatinate, offering guided tours and medieval charm.
