Paradiski - Luxury Chalet, Superb Views, Very Close to Main Ski Lift & Shops

Chalet Beaumont (Sunday - Sunday) is a comfortable and welcoming modern detached alpine chalet set on a gentle slope among other similar chalets in the village of Vallandry, at the heart of the Paradiski area (Les Arcs - Vallandry - La Plagne). Spectacular views from the large balcony and panoramic lounge windows stretch miles across the Tarantaise and down the Isere valley. The chalet is very easily accessible by car (offload from the car 5 metres from the front door) and on foot. All amenities are only 5 minutes walk including the ski school meeting place and the main Vallandry gondola lift, which gives immediate access to the whole of the Vallandry/Les Arcs ski area, and over to la Plagne via the cable car.

Note: Sunday-Sunday turnover due to constant traffic jams on the roads on Saturdays, and in winter, avoiding queues in ski rental shops and profiting from the empty slopes on a Saturday.

CLEANING: Extra measures for cleaning the chalet are in place with aerosol antiviral products specified by the government. We have a new linen company who uses special anti-viral cleaning products and special rules for clean linen in and dirty linen out. We follow the government guidelines of a minimum of 6 hours between guests out and new guests in.

SUMMER: The Alps in summer are fabulous! Whether it's a full-on activity holiday that you are looking for (mountain/ebiking trails, running trails, white water rafting), a walking holiday, a family holiday or just simply to relax and enjoy the views and the golden eagles flying overhead, the clean air and sunshine, Vallandry has something for everyone.
The Summer Season is in July and August when the lifts, shops, bars and restaurants are open. There are tennis courts, table tennis tables and the volleyball court. There is also a beautiful municipal outdoor pool at Les Arcs which is 5 mins by car, 20 mins on foot - visit the Les Arcs website for entrance prices. In the valley just outside Aime there is a lovely lake to swim in and exercise apparatus.

Towels and final cleaning are included in the quoted price.

The chalet is also available out of season if you prefer to have total peace and quiet and do your own thing.

Perfect stay in the mountains

We loved the stress free nature of our stay at Chalet Beaumont from the easy booking/check in/out and the fantastic location and views. The chalet was used as a base for biking in the Tarantaise valley and beyond and was comfortable and well equipped. Watching the sunset from the balcony was breathtaking and the amenities and the bakery and shops were close by. Overall a perfect stay in a location we know well.

Enjoyable Ski Week

We had a very nice stay at Chalet Beaumont in Peisey-Vallandry the week of January 8th to the 15th, 2023. The chalet is nicely equipped, very comfortable, and within a short walk to the Vallandry 74 Gondola lift. We found the chalet to also be conveniently located close to the Sherpa grocery store that's open every day as well as ski shops and restaurants. Francis at Alpine Essence, the property management company, was awesome. We discovered that the coffee pot was cracked early on the first morning and upon texting her, she had a replacement delivered to the chalet within 30 minutes. Chalet Beaumont certainly receives an excellent rating from my family!

L'endroit et le village est charmant. Le châlet est idéalement placé et orienté avec une magnifique vue vers les montagnes. Les commodités sont comme mentionnées dans l'offre. LEs 2 sdb, les trois chambres. La literie est de bonne qualité. Si lors de période très chaude le living orienté sud ouest peut devenir très chaud, les chambres restent fraîches car elles sont en bas. Très bon contact aussi bien avec le prorpiétaire que les gestionnaires sur place. Franchement nous sommes ravis.

Vu le prix de cette location, nous nous attendions à de meilleures prestations. L'état de propreté était passable , Un aménagement sur le balcon médiocre , mobilier de jardin médioce, pas une chaise longue pour se reposer, Les chambres très sombres, on se serait cru dans un sous sol ...L'escalier pour y aller très raide . Beaucoup trop de fauteuils et chaises dans le séjour, compliqué de se déplacer . Je ne recommende pas cette location, c'est hors de prix pour ce que c'est
