“Unfortunately the check in process was very poor. Despite contacting the host the day prior to arrival we had no return contact back re- keys to get in. Hence unable to get into the property.Phones calls to and fro, fortunately the agent did supply us with the keylock number despite saying we did not have a booking.We were able to supply booking date and payment record.The next day the owners agent said she had to ask us to move out as we didn't have a booking and suggested that Stayz is a scam……

“We loved sitting out on the patio area, watching the goings on around the place, the tv wasn’t on at all. Visited Brampton for some excellent food and loved the Lanercost Priory when we visited there. Miltonrigg woods was just 2 minutes drive for a lovely dog walk as well. Could have done with a parasol on the patio when the sun was strongest but our intention was met for a few days of chilling. The staff were all friendly and we had a lovely breakfast at the cafe on our departure. ”

“Beautiful part of Scotland the caravan site However was a little on the shabby side, some of the caravans were in really bad condition which made the site look worse than what it was, the inside of our caravan was not very clean and the fixtures had seen better days.”
