Exactly as described - perfect for us

We chose the location as it was central to a number of local attractions we wanted to visit. It turned out to be a little gem from the point of view of stunning views and easy access to the whole area. Helped by perfect weather, the whole experience was relaxing, welcoming and 'easy', from booking in, to checking out. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and available (if needed - not needed!). Thanks to the family for their kindness. Simply brilliant, and we'll definitely be back when next in the area!!! Unreservedly recommended.....

Lovely little lodge!

Lovely place to stay with a great hot tub with fab views. Everything you need for a relaxing few nights away, except maybe a pair of oven gloves! Definitely recommend

Beautiful setting. If you want a peaceful break away then this is the place for you! The hot tub is great, overlooking rolling countryside. The lodge had everything we needed for a few days away. We loved it so much we extended our stay! The hosts were helpful but not overbearing. We will definitely be going back there when we need a break from everyday life!

Wonderful break

My friend and I stayed here for a special birthday weekend. Really cosy and well cared for. Beautiful gardens, incredible view and the hot tub was massive and so enjoyable! Two small things- it is right above a main road which isn’t busy, but just worth knowing. Also one of the doubles was two tiny singles put together so somewhat of a gap in the middle! But we had a great time and would v happily return. Thanks for having us!
