“THERE ARE ZERO BALCONY BEDROOMS. Let that be the first thing you know, none of the rooms have balconies and for the tallest hotel in Lanzarote, is very bizarre since it offers sea views. The standard double room is standard in every sense. There are no USB charging cables and only one or two plug sockets. We paid to upgrade to a suite and that was worth it. The staff are very helpful, cannot fault them. The breakfast buffet offered everything and was delicious. The gym was adequate. Only……

“We had a very nice stay. The hotel is right on the beach and the view was great.
Breakfast was easy but didnt find cold milk till we were leaving, lol.
I will stay again, no problems.”
“It’s such a perfect stay that I can’t recommend this apartment more!! The room is big, clean and with everything equipped. The location is so great, close to beaches, all the restaurants and markets. And what impresses us most is the hospitality of the staff, especially Cely! She is the soooooo nice and enthusiastic, super communicative and warm-hearted!! Her smile just makes you feel happy all the day!!
I would definitely stay here again if I come back and I recommend it to anyone who visit……
“This is my 5th visit to this hotel since 2018. As ever I enjoyed the overall experience.
Staff are very good and I would highlight many enjoyable interactions I had with the cleaning staff and also in the restaurant. In addition, the staff on reception made me feel very welcome when I arrived.
I was allocated one of the refurbished superior rooms and what a difference. Gone are the old green carpets and instead a more hygienic laminate flooring. There are also power points round the bed……
