"Pros: We really enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect for us with a short drive to everywhere (having a rented car). The little sitting place in front of the house is absolutely gorgeous - I have not felt relaxed like this in a long time. It's completely quiet at night. Oscar and his parents were lovely and very helpful. Their recommendations of restaurants were spot on. If we ever come back to Lanzarote, we'll definitely stay there again. "This is a unique place to stay, large, comfortable and well-equipped. The very ensuite bathroom might not suit everyone, as it's a screened off part of the bedroom, though spacious and has a very good shower. It's mostly very quiet here, though might not be if guests sharing the courtyard are not quiet. There are no restaurants or shops with easy walking distance, but the roads are mostly good and seem to be liked by cyclists. "

"Booked these appts on Latedeal. Big Complex rooms were basic but did have necessary things. Only Small bar just couple tables around it then found Bar closes i.clock in night so if your stuck for drink or meal u have to go out. lvly room upstairs with Bar which was never opened. They had 2.pools sometimes u had Entertainment sometimes u didn't we spent 10.days there which we enjoyed but only thing was it was up hill so walking difficulties its hard ."

"Stayed 4 nights 9-13 October 2026 as a family of 3 including a 3 year old, on half board basis. Hotel was busy but never felt crowded. Occasionally a small wait at dinner for a table if we wanted to be outside. We had requested a suitably located room as my husband had recently injured his leg and were in La Gracioza on Floor 1, same floor as pools and restaurants and all facilities. Good food especially the live cooking stations, the burger was great. The heated pools (we used both the main family pool and the one with slides) were a nice temperature and while the kid was cold when coming out, he warmed up nicely in the sun once dried and changed. Being only 15mins from the airport is nice. We would definitely like to come again if we can."

"Great first impression, lobby is beautifully presented and smells lovely, check in nice and relaxed with seats and drinks! Room was fantastic, very spacious, great sea view (especially at sunrise!), comfy and large bed, clever and well thought out controls. Breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, lots of options every night with different themes giving plenty of variety, and always some plain options for picky eaters Pool and bar/grill area was great, with more tasty food and gorgeous views over the beach. Hydrothermal circuit in the spa was lovely and relaxing, we particularly liked the recommended order to help those less experienced get the most benefit, and the pool had so many different features that gave massage-like experiences. All staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and spoke good english"

"Very good hotel. Clean, spacious, and situated on the beach front. Room was clean, fresh and has amazing views out over the beach and sea. Breakfast is good quality and the despite the roof top pool being small their were enough beds around it (September) i'd imagine in the summer its quite busy up there. The general area around the hotel is ok, few shops for drinks, snacks etc but you will have to walk or travel out for decent food if it is not included. McDonalds and Burger King is around a 20 minute walk for example if you have kids."
