"The add is misleading as the water park is NOT included during your stay. You get 2 tickets for the day you check in and the rest you must buy but for a discounted price. The restaurant isn't great, kids eat for free there the whole time but we found ourselves going off property to eat. Property itself was clean but pretty old. Bedrooms were comfortable and large however we would not stay again. "

"We had a great time during our stay. The hosts have a beautiful condo and are very welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the condo was incredibly well stocked including coffee (regular with filters & K-cups), creamer, sweeteners, full spice rack, lots of utensils, blender, hand mixer, slow cooker, grill, detergent, sham/cond/body wash, blow dryer, etc. There were plenty of towels (regular, beach, and make-up) and spare sheets, pillows, and blankets. It is close to the beach which you can see from the balcony. We went during spring break and didn't have any issues getting a good spot on the beach. Honestly, it's all great! We loved having beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and a wagon for use. Our kids tried the boogie board (though it was broken) but they still had a great time trying! There are also two great coffee shops, a bar (can be loud at night), and a delicious ice cream shop across the street. Definitely recommend booking restaurant reservations early at the more popular places as they were packed with wait times 90 mins for walk-ups. Communication with the hosts was clear and quick. Definitely hope to visit again at this wonderful place!"

"This was an amazing place for my family of five, three kids under the age of nine. It was in a quiet cul-de-sac, which was nice to come home too after a busy days at the beach, museums, etc. It was very easy to get to both Indian rock and Clearwater beaches via car or walking. I would definitely recommend this place to others and potentially stay here again."

"Pros: good location. On the main road, 13 minute drive to the beach. It’s also big. Easily enough room for our 4 adults and 1 baby. Cons: this home needs a deep clean very badly. It was grimy in areas and you could tell it has only been getting quick-cleans for a long time. Additionally things are falling apart. Baseboards falling off, sidings falling off, etc. They also aren’t accommodating of longer stays. We stayed for 5 nights yet they only left us 1 additional roll of toilet paper, and a total of 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 trash bag. How are we supposed to get by for 5 nights with that amount of stuff? Last thing I’ll note: the management company isn’t up to date on their inventory. I was advised there weren’t any beach towels, but there were like 10. I would recommend someone from management stay here for 1 night to see what is falling apart, what is dirty, what they have, etc. "

"Plenty of room for a family of 5. Matthew was a great host. Very short walk to the beach and many great restaurants. We enjoyed the park close by and appreciated all of the beach supplies. We have already booked for next year! "

"We were disappointed on arrival to this home. Although the home was clean, it seriously in need of updating, including worn furniture, pool with green “stains” or scum in the bottom, poorly functioning filter, skimmer net that was unusable, hot tub not working, microwave with piece across top edge missing, non functioning light over stove, multiple light switches that did not do anything, laundry from previous renter still in washer and drier. Otherwise it was only OK at best!"
