「Reached out to the property manager several times never got a respones. We drove down from NJ. Never recived check in information. Had to stay our first night with a friend and book a completely different place for the rest of the week. They finally responded to a text message I send 30min before we should haven been able to get into the house to let us know that we should cancle the booking.
