What impressed us the most was the genuine friendliness of the entire team and the fact that guest satisfaction clearly comes first. We actually changed rooms twice. The first room didn’t have the sea view we had hoped for, and although the second one did, we later realized that the layout simply wasn’t right for us. Even though the hotel was fully booked and we had already accepted the second room, the management still went above and beyond to find a solution. In the end, they found the perfect room for us. Their dedication to making sure we were happy was truly exceptional and far from something you can take for granted.
The breakfast was excellent, the pool bar was fantastic with attentive service, and the overall service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Everything was very clean, service was efficient without long waits, and the breakfast area, restaurant, and lounge created a stylish, relaxed atmosphere, often accompanied by pleasant lounge music. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable – and I’m quite picky when it comes to mattresses!
The only suggestions for improvement would be the wine list, which could offer a better selection, especially more high-quality and local Cypriot wines to discover. Also, offering only 3-star Metaxa felt surprisingly out of place in a hotel of this otherwise excellent standard.
