"Location was fine, common areas fine, but the rooms were filthy. We pulled out the couch for a bed and it was full of trash and stale food. Looked in the closet for an extra blanket, also trash littered the shelving and no blankets to use on the pull out couch. "

"Clean and quiet room. Easy check in and out. Shuttle service was fantastic and timely. Waffles were delicious."

"The shower was disgusting and had hairs all over it. The bed also had hair all over bottom sheet it was very clear it was never cleaned. But I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up in the office when I checked in and then when I went back down several times nobody was in the office but was very late and I had an early flight. I was completely disgusted at the fact the room wasn’t cleaned but the beds weee just made up with dirty sheets. Unacceptable. "

"Airport shuttle was easy to arrange. Staff was nice. Breakfast was available early for our flight. Took a quick uber to dinner out. "

"This hotel is impeccable! I was overly impressed with the room cleanliness, the friendly staff, the on site restaurant and even the Mercedes sprinter shuttle! Overall this hotel is top tier! A few things to note, the shuttle is free and it picks up and drops off at the airport and hotel. It'll also take you anywhere in a 3 mile radius of the hotel and will pick you up. The restaurant food was amazing and well prepared. It's worth it and I'll be back for sure! "

"They were very welcoming for pets, but holy cow $75 is very expensive for bringing a pet!!! The staff was friendly and apologetic about how long we had to wait to get our room. "
