“Hotel Alcántara was wonderful. It is very modern, spotless and brand new. Everybody is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. One of the best parts is the location, just 3 to 10 minutes from some truly amazing vineyards. We loved every single moment of our stay. Breakfast was another highlight: very healthy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!”

“The B&B was wonderful. 5-stars, no question. The grounds are gorgeous with a great guy who maintains the plants and trees! The pool and heated pool are also a great asset. I swam in the pool, it was immaculate!! Reception and staff were attentive, multi-lingual, so helpful when I needed some support and extremely communicative. Mauricio bent over backwards to assist me. The food and wine selection are 5-stars as well. As a B&B, the breakfast foods offered are fresh and prepared……

“We had a truly exceptional stay at El Carmelo Mountain Lodge. What made our experience outstanding was the personalized and attentive care provided exclusively by Ms. Neyla. I was traveling with my cousin, and on our first day she became ill to her stomach. Ms. Neyla kindly prepared a homemade soup for her and assisted us in obtaining the appropriate medication.
