This newly built (2024) 3-bedroom house located in the East Mesa area of Las Cruces is perfect for your escape to relaxation and is conveniently located for easy access to White Sands National Park & Missile Range, the Spaceport, NASA facilities, numerous hiking trails, and Las Cruces and Mesilla amenities. Also a great option for traveling healthcare workers and other professionals with long-term discounts available. With a king bed, queen bed, and bunk bed (twin over double), guests will have plenty of space to unwind. The property features 2 full bathrooms (including Master en-suite) and a half-bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like washer and dryer, iron, Xfinity cable TV and WiFi, heating, and AC. EV charger available for guest use (Tesla and J-1772), located in the 3-car garage. Immerse yourself in the gorgeous surroundings with an unbeatable view of the Organ Mountains from the outdoor fire pit seating area and embrace the serenity of your stay. This house was perfect for our stay for my NMSU graduation weekend. The house is located in a beautiful community close to amenities. The entire home was beautifully designed with everything we would need. The property owner was so kind and made sure we had air mattress to accommodate everyone in our party. We loved our stay, would definitely recommend.
