Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just off Highway 70, our inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families, friends, and business travelers. Conveniently located, we're just 45 minutes from White Sands National Park, 15 minutes from historic Old Mesilla, and 10 minutes from New Mexico State University (NMSU)—perfect for campus visits, events, or game days.

Start your mornings with coffee on the private patio, let your furry friends enjoy the dog run, and spend evenings grilling in the spacious backyard or gathering around the firepit under the stars. Our home is fully equipped with a stocked kitchen, ready for home-cooked meals, and cozy living spaces designed for relaxation.

The home was clean, in a nice area and well appointed. Photos were representative of the furnishings. Washer and dryer were appreciated.Air conditioner worked great. Communication with Michelle was easy, prompt and respectful. We had a wonderful, carefree week here!

The house was nice and had a lot of little thoughtful touches to make it easy to stay there. The neighborhood seems really friendly and has two parks just around the corner, definitely a plus if you're staying with kids or pets!

Very cute place to stay. The monsoon season is upon us so there are many weeds sprouting up, stickers included. I am glad I did not bring my dogs. Beds were comfortable. In the master bedroom there were some dirty socks in the corner room pompas grass decoration. We cooked one meal, breakfast, and were surprised to find there were no paper towels, napkins or tissues available. We were grateful for the toilet paper. For no longer than we were there (2 nights) it was definitely do-able.

Great house in Las Cruces

The check in went smoothly. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and all utensils. Hot water was great. Our dog also loved the property. There was no real grass for him but areas for him to do his business. I will definitely be looking for this property for future stays.
