Very nice home with many thoughtful touches such as toiletries in case we had forgotten any and a well stocked kitchen. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.

Great home for a family stay!

My adult son stayed in this home with his family and stated the rooms were set up perfectly for his teenage daughter and younger kids! He greatly enjoyed his stay there!

Nice Family Home Get-Away

Bright, clean home large enough for a family of four or more. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed playing mini-golf in the backyard. Unfortunately, pool was still closed but we still had a lovely time. Highly recommend staying in this home.

Exceptionally great location

We were there to finalize a home purchase and Kaley was very helpful with everything - this house is in a great location and impeccably clean. It worked out very well for our quick trip to las Cruces.

Wonderful

What a great house. Open and bright. Stocked with everything needed and then some. Loved the back patio area. Very private. The pool wasn’t open but it looked nice. The neighborhood was really pretty. Very safe and great for walking.

Great family house

This was one of the best VRBO homes we have stayed at! The house was super clean, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway, and perfect size for our family. Very comfy beds, nice bathrooms, and ample sitting space. Host was very responsive to questions. We would define recommend this home to others!!

House was clean and neat. Interior lighting was bright. Possibly putting a lamp in the kitchen corner and lamps in bedrooms would be a nice touch for more subtle lighting while relaxing. We enjoyed our stay both nights : )

Great, clean house in Las Cruces

We had an initial issue getting access to the house, but Kayla made it right and we appreciated her being accessible. The house was beautiful and clean, perfect for what we needed passing through las cruces. I’d highly recommend this property.

Very comfortable stay

This property was a perfect fit for our family. The neighborhood was quiet, lots of amenities, and everything was comfortable and well stocked. Linens and towels were plush and high quality. The mattresses were comfortable. Furnishings and decor were modern and updated. We would absolutely love to stay here again the next time we are in Las Cruces.

Great choice

Property was exactly as described, in a lovely neighborhood we didn’t get a chance to use the community pool but it looked like a nice clean area. House was awesome even had extra toiletries like a hotel if you forgot something . If we make it back to the area will look at renting this house again

Winter Getaway

My husband and I spent the months of February and March along with our two little papillons. It was a great fit for us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils and plenty of supplies (pantry and cleaning) to get us started. The gated community was safe and offered a great place to get out and walk our dogs. It was conveniently located to shopping, church and eateries. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had!

Perfect home for what we needed

The home was perfect for what we needed. Our visit was during the Thanksgiving holiday. Our grandson plays football for nmsu and we were able to share the holiday with him since he couldn’t come home. The house was clean and adequate, plenty of room for all of us. The owner was even so kind as to have a pie delivered to our door as a surprise. We would stay again! Aggie Football season 2024!

Very comfortable house. We had 2 small dogs with us and the fenced yard was ideal. The house was well stocked. It’s in a great location with lots of restaurants and stores. It was also close to the freeway. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing Stay

We loved our visit to this property that felt that a relaxing spa and a cozy home-away-from-home. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and also close to fun stuff in town. The hosts stock the home with anything you might need and there are tons of amenities. We loved every second of our stay!

We were notified my the owner that day of check in they were paniting the house. The painter would be gone by Friday, but that was wrong. They were there all weekend until we check out. We could not enjoy opening the windows due to windows being cover by n plastic. We had to park in the garage, due to then painting and we could not park in street. Everytine we left the house we had to ask the painters to move the vehicle, they were getting a little upset due to us asking. The listing had a community pool and that was the only and main reason we book this house. We later found out pool was close weeks before we check in. Owner had no information about it and it ruin our trip due to having kids looking forward to swim. We go to Las Curse alot for softball tournament, but we will proberly not return or recommend this property.
