“Pleasant surprise to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom. The condo was well designed with large terrace - perfect for the gorgeous view. Kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to cook meals and there was plenty of storage for clothing and personal belongings. Infinity pool was spectacular along with plenty of seating options. Communication at the resort and across the 3 Abama resorts could be improved. We had called the front desk to verify we could have dinner at The Ritz Carlton only to……

“This hotel (unlike many other hotels is this area) is located right next to the beach. But what is really unique is that this beach is very well protected from the waves which are quite strong sometimes. While many other neighbour beaches were closed ours was open. So in addition to the swimming pools in the hotel we were able to swim every day in the ocean. We also liked that hotel that hotel is located in a quiet, not crowded, corner of Costa Adeje but one can find restaurants and shops in……

“Staff was excellent and nothing was too much trouble, the only thing I would say is if you are looking for a quite hotel then go no further but like us if you want bars and restaurants that are open after 11pm then unfortunately nothing is really around this location without walking at least 20 minutes but really great hotel ”

“It is a small boutique hotel where all employees going well above and beyond while taking care of the guests. From hotel reception (Victoria helped us a lot) to serving staff of the signature restaurant - everybody was about guests. ”

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”
