What I did not like is that the room was not really soundproof, we could really hear the tv from the room next door and the people upstairs walking around and pulling chairs, etc.. 「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「The pictures on the website were misleading, you don’t get loungers on the terrace, unless you book a duplex. There was only table with chairs, luckily we didn’t really need it for the stay.
