Las Trinitarias Convent and Museum

The front desk staff was amazing and helpful in every way. Our junior suite felt like a true suite. With two baths, we loved that. I do have some constructive feedback. The mis matched light bulb colors were hard for the eyes. No facial tissue is a real miss for such a nice hotel. Finally, as English speakers, having zero tv channels for us is another real disappointment. We tried both tvs with no luck. Front desk was sure that they were available, but they need to review and resolve. CNN or BBC international would be great additions. Location is fantastic. The staff and location plus room size gets you 5 stars as we were able to find other entertainment options. Thanks again to all of the staff.

The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable! The rooftop bartender was also one of the biggest highlights! Greatly appreciated the stay!
