With the 515 freeway entrance 2 mins away you can be on the Strip in less than 15 min! Our 1-Story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big backyard and fully equipped offers a comfortable stay for everyone looking for a nice and quiet neighborhood.

Soccer tournament.

Our team participated in a soccer tournament in Las Vegas. This was a perfect home to fit plenty of teammates and friends in a house where we were close to the fields and the strip. Plenty of separate beds for grown men not to sleep together. Very easy to communicate with Carlos. Huge help. Thank you Carlos and see you next year.

The pictures online were beautiful! We were excited for our stay. Unfortunately, as soon as we started into the neighborhood we had reservations; it is a bit sketchy. The living room and kitchen were clean and the sofa and fireball table were great. The four bedrooms are nice to have for a large family. The areas of disappointment were the bathrooms and carpet. The bathrooms need a full, deep clean!! The master bath was insanely small. The walls had many stains on them, the faucet barely reaches the sink, and the shower drain backed up… the secondary bath was more spacious but needs a very good cleaning as well. The carpets were the worst part. As with a property that accepts dogs, stains are to be expected but this was over the top. We had our shoes on the entire time we were in the home due to the appearance of the floors. There were no curtains, hand towels or paper towels. The beds were very hard and pillows felt like they were inflated. Aside from having the great kitchen, I do not have many good things to say. I wanted to like this place, I truly did. I just want to ensure people considering this listing reads this and goes in knowing what to expect. We were unpleasantly surprised…

Great stay

House is great big and spacious. Great for large group. Rooms, showers, furniture all were very clean. Nice appliances. Good location from multiple stores and casinos. Safe area neighborhood quiet. 20 minutes from airport.nicely stocked soaps, towels, kitchen necessities. Nice clean backyard for relaxing. Owner super accessible and helpful. Would recommend for family stay and would stay again.

Nice place

This is a great rental for visiting Las Vegas. Not too far from the strip and close to Summerlin, where I was visiting. Easy digital entrance. The host is quick to respond to any questions. Reasonable cleaning fee. I would book it again.
