Best place I have stayed at in years. Home was so well equipped, updated, comfortable, and roomy. Hostess was fantastic and provided so many nice amenities that were the icing on the cake. Only downside is we didn’t stay longer. Don’t look elsewhere.

Beautiful home and great location!

This house was the perfect home away from home for my family. From the moment I booked, Vivian was always in constant communication with us and made sure our stay was perfect. The house was very clean upon arrival and was the perfect layout for our 3 teens, giving them their own space. The location was ideal for us too, as we had planned a Hoover Dam tour and a kayak trip on the Colorado. This also is a very convenient location if you plan on going to the Grand Canyon West Rim or to Zion/Bryce. The town of Boulder City had everything we needed, including good restaurants (I highly recommend The Dillinger!). It also was close enough to the Strip when we visited, but far enough away to have a quiet place to recover from the lights and noise of the Strip! I would highly recommend this house and would definitely plan on staying here again if we come back to the area. And I can't say enough about working with Vivian. She was so kind and generous about working around our travel plans, when plans changed at the last minute.

Even better than expected

We were a group of 6 female friends in town during the Super Bowl. We stayed outside of Las Vegas to avoid the crowds, congestion, and traffic, but traveled easily back and forth almost every day. Vivian is a phenomenal host and is as accessible as you need her to be. The house is even better in person than in pictures. Anything you can imagine, Vivian has already thought about it. One of our regrets is that we didn’t get the chance to use the backyard as we would’ve liked, and our only other regret would be that we didn’t have an opportunity to meet Vivian. She was so pleasant to interact with. Angel

Perfect family vacation home

My family and I had a lot of fun here in this inviting home. We enjoyed being just close enough to the strip to get to activities we could enjoy but just far enough to get out of all of the noise. The neighborhood was quiet and unassuming allowing us to rest and relax on the days we needed it. The home is also well stocked with necessities and amenities which did helped us avoid running out to get cooking utensils or day to day needs. I 100% plan to book here again for my next family vacation.

A second to none experience!

A simply beautiful home with second to none ammenities! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish and were thoroughly impressed with the reaponsiveness to any questions we had. If we go out that way again for a vacation we'll undoubtedly be back!

Thanksgiving Get Together

Fully as advertised and above expectations! Spacious, light filled, clean, very well appointed property. From toddlers to teens all the kids were entertained which made life easier for the adults. Would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you Vivian!!!

Beautiful Home with attention to details

Best stay we have ever had at a rental. Gorgeous proper and our host payed great attention to details like cookies, welcome letter and even cd bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge. My parent's were so impressed that want me to reserve thise same property again next summer for 10 days.

Perfect home for a group

I have rented a handful of homes in the past few years. This was by far the best. The host, Vivian, was prompt and professional. The home was immaculate and filled with thoughtful small details that truly set it apart from most rentals. Kudos to Vivian and her staff.
