This was a perfect home for our crew to stay at. Since they were working nights, they were able to enjoy the provided amenities during the day. Would definitely stay again next time we come back down to Vegas.

Great Property, Hosts, Amenities, and Exceptional Outdoor Space.

Quick clear communication prior to an easy arrival. The home is well equipped and very comfortable beds. Fun is to be had with the foosball table, PacMan machine, and Craps table, not to mention the beautiful outdoor pool, grill, and fire pit.

Great Home Base For Exploring Las Vegas Area

We were very happy with our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood and a clean big spacious home with a huge nice outdoor backyard as well. The decor and games were very fun and on point with the Las Vegas theme. Host was very helpful and we would recommend this home to family/friends.

The property is immaculate, well kept and perfect size pool to cool off. The barbecue cooked excellent food. I highly recommend this house to people who want a nice relaxing, quiet vacation rental. The house is nice. It was well laid out. You felt homey right away.. It’s closed to stores and restaurants. Well equipped to our needs… It was warm during our stay and the A/C and fans worked well. Will be back! Thank you!

Disappointment.

Prior to staying, we were disappointed the house was filthy. I was about to cancel, lucky the home owner was able to find a cleaning lady. She did an amazing job. It was sad to say that she had to drop what she was doing to clean the house that took her over 3 hours to clean. The beds where filthy, with bed crumbs. Floors where sticky and washrooms were filthy, sticky with dog hair all over. I was very disappointed. The home only offer a 100 credit for the inconvience. I thought this was unacceptable. I will never rent again from this place.

Overall the property is wonderful, very quiet neighborhood with easy access and plenty of parking. If you plan on cooking they do have basic items nothing too extensive.

I was happy with the house. The Beds are a bit to soft for my liking, but very clean & lots of pillows. We loved the snacks offered. My dogs were so comfortable they were well behaved. I am happy. Thank you & Yes I did enjoy the pool.

Disappointing stay

We arrived to home that was close to 90 degrees with a broken air conditioner. The air conditioner was not fixed until the next dayas temperatures rose to over 100 degrees in Nevada. The property manager refused to send an emergency service. We struggled with the a/c for the remainder of our time there. We arrived on a Thursday, the pool wasn’t cleaned until Monday we have pictures of how dirty it was with leaves and trash pieces in the pool. There were roaches in the home. Altogether, just a bad experience- the glowing reviews seem to be for a previous owner because Toni and Angela barely responded when we sent them messages about the broken air conditioner. Run from this property!

Family vacation

House, location, and pool were fantastic. Our hosts went above and beyond. The A/C On the house quit working. Big problem when it is 111 degrees outside. Text my hosts. Within 15 minutes they responded and told us they have a tech coming out same day but was not sure of the time. 10 minutes later they gave us another option and had found a different house not so far away. We took the option. Tony and Angela were fantastic. Thank you for saving the family vacation. Definitely will stay again John Nagy

So nice to be greeted by a bottle of bubbly, snacks, and coffee pods. Five minutes away from the Water Street District which was perfect and only 20 minutes away from our friends. It was exactly what we wanted.

Relaxing getaway!!!

Loved this little cozy house. It was very inviting and clean and Toni was great to work with and very accommodating. It was too cold to swim so we were bummed but outside was a mini sanctuary.

Everything was great only problem was vrbo didn’t email me ahead of time so I had to text the property owner directly. I guess the website wasn’t working properly. If you drink wine bring your own corkscrew
