Loved the location. It was close to Allegiant Stadium as advertised. We arrived a little early and the host was easy to communicate with. I would say that it could use a couple of pots and pans. Otherwise it was well stocked and very clean!

Wedding trip

This home was perfect for us. We were there for 4 days to attend a wedding. We only used the kitchen for snacks & visiting around the table, no cooking. Plenty of towels for all of us. Basically we were there to shower & sleep. Beds were clean & comfortable too.

Very poorly stocked kitchen. No cooking utensils, only 4 plates, on serving bowls.

Clean and comfortable

We had plenty of room for 6 people. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is not stocked very much but other than that it was great. :-)

Family Trip

Got caught in a snow storm on T he way so we had to postpone our trip to the end of January instead of the beginning and Kathy was just amazing with working with us and making it possible to make this trip happen! The house was beautiful and the location was great! We enjoyed our stay very very much and would love to stay here again!

Nice and comfortable

The house was nice and clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood but just a short drive to the Strip and Fremont Street. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.

Perfect house for a weekend getaway!

Kathy's home was awesome! The inside has been newly remodeled and is super clean and modern styled. The decorations are lovely and the rooms are all spacious. The beds are comfortable and good sized. We had a group of 7 guys stay for a weekend hockey tournament. Kathy even provided an additionally airmattress for our group. I'd definitely recommend. Thanks again!

Great property with modern touches and comforts.

This was the best overall deal we found in Vegas. The property was clean and the recent remodel was tastefully done. The home has a great layout and was able to accommodate our family and friends. We will be staying here again!!!
