We were overcharged and to top it off there was no manager on site. The rooms smelled like the smoking lounge of the casino. There were bugs all over the room. We asked for a king size bed and ended up with two queens. My sinuses were really bad due to the smell of the Smokey room. We were not able to sleep 😴 and since we were unable to cancel the room, we ended up getting extra fees!!! he elevators smelled like raid had been sprayed in there and there were like rat nests on the elevator doors! Nasty! I would not recommend let alone EVER recommend anyone to stay here!

Liked: Staff & service
Place is a little dated, could use some freshening up, the A/C made quite a bit of noise every time it kicked on, which made it hard to sleep.
We found this Casino/hotel while driving to Las Vegas and we're very happy with the results. Easy parking, efficient front desk, good clean room.
All for a great price.
There wasn't a handicapped room that allowed 3 people.

Not bad for a cheap hotel.
We stayed for 5 nights. Interactions with the staff were pleasant. However when I checked in, they failed to mention that to use any of the coupons they give you, you have to sign up for one of their cards. This caused us to end up having a rather disappointing interaction with the staff at the buffet. Which the buffet was not impressive at all, once was enough and I wouldn't try that again, if someone paid me. Our room was nice and fit our needs. The toilet ran off and on the entire stay, but we never asked to have it fixed because it didn't bother us. The bed was comfortable. We rented 2 movies. The first night it worked it just fine, the second time we ordered a movie, on a different night, it kept pausing or loosing signal. When I tried to call about it, my call got re routed to security who told me I would have to try calling again in 10 minutes as they were doing shift change. Although it took longer than I would have liked, we were able to finish the movie, so I didn't ask for a refund.
I would stay here again based on the price, but if I could find something similarly priced or even a little bit more expensive I'd try there before coming back.
Staff was friendly, and very helpful. Hotel was nice and clean. They are somewhat misleading when it comes to the WiFi. You pay a resort crazy fee for a bunch of stuff you don't use. The one thing i do use is the WiFi, which comes with the resort fee. What they don't tell you is that that the WiFi is NOT unlimited. You are only allowed up to 4 gigs of WiFi. If you want more, you have to pay for more. I could not find anywhere they explain this until you try to log on to the WiFi. This is something that needs to be disclosed. This is information you customers need to know about ahead of time.
Needs remodeling, too many street people hanging and not enough security and men hang out in twos scoping people out and coming on to women. They weren’t gambling , just watching people and hanging around

The room= the sink was clogged and it took three separate callings before they were able to unclog it and then it was still slow draining. Pain in the butt being that was staying there for over 9 days. Poor lighting is difficult to read bulbs were very dim in the sleeping area or near the table. Blankets on the bed word thin I asked for a second one in order to stay warm at night instead of using the heat. The ice machine on the floor didn't work well and then it stopped working altogether so I needed to go up to another floor in order to get ice. The regular housekeeper was very friendly talkative and provided excellent service. The staff members are did interact with were very polite and helpful. Reasonably priced considering other properties but little outdated and decor.
The property was fine mostly every hotel has a casino in in which I like even though I'm not a gambler. The customer service was horrible by service I mean it was my anniversary and we booked a king bedroom. they gave us two double beds in which we planned on having grown adult fun so we were not sleeping separately well we didn't plan on it I'm a big guy so both of us were not going to fit in the bed together... And I'm six foot one so my feet were hanging off the bed. after going through that we call down to the desk and ask that they give us another room they ended up giving us a handicap room in which I had no problem with that... So once we moved our bags from 506 to 402 I went into the room it surveyed the room I wouldn't to the shower and turn the shower on the shower head from the pressure of the water pop off the top of the picture that was holding it the water sprayed everywhere left about 2 inchesinches of water in the whole bathroom I had to call down and have room service come up to clean it up because I didn't want them to think I did it on purpose. when they arrived they realize that I was six foot one in the shower head would have been at my belly button. so to take a shower on my anniversary I would have had the hold the shower head for my wife while taking a shower that's not intimate and she would have had to stand outside the shower and hold it for me mind you she's five foot five barely..I'm 6'1 so that'd be uncomfortable for her to hold.
The property is ancient. Everytime another room turned on the tub, you could hear a gurgling in ours. Same with the toilet. Even though we were put in a non smoking room, we had to pass thru smoking areas. The reception desk was located right next to the casino but didn't have a door to keep the smoke out of other areas. Will never stay there again.
