The front desk staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful. The bellman was very helpful and our bags arrived shortly after we got to our room. The room was clean and inviting! Definitely a di again stay!

This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s on the strip where you can take a nice stroll to the Arts District or walk on over to other resorts. The only thing that was semi unpleasant was the construction going on that we weren’t informed about. The jackhammer started right at 9am.

This is a Hilton Grand Vacations property, and as such, has typical service. We sat through a 90 minute timeshare presentation that was pretty high pressure, but we're well compensated for it

The unit was fantastic. No complaints at all.The property was beautiful and staff were nice.The only challenge was a maintenance issue in the tower I was in, where they shut water off from mid-morning until late evening. Understanding that it was necessary, it doesn’t affect how I rate the property or unit, but it did cause me to be late to a dinner party as I needed to use a shower at a friends hotel room.

This was not a vrbo and the lister should be removed from vrbo. It was a vacation time share sales. Not happy and request my money back. First, hit with long sales pitch for hilton garden vacations. Could not get map of vegas without going through sales pitch. Bars were not open at night, saturday night closed at 10pm. It was a hotel room, not even a condo hotel room. I seriously doubt the owner owns the unit. Asked for wake up call for early morning flight, wake up call never came.When first booked i had to sign up and join nola or something like that and deal with them. Worst vrbo experience i have ever had

Room was nice and clean we were out of toilet paper , and hand soap upon arrival but i messaged front desk and within a few minutes they brought plenty to stock for us . At any time if I needed anything it was just a quick text message and within a few minutes it was brought to room . They checked in daily and updated anything that was going on at property. Super tentative the entire stay and was super easy to self check out . very convenient location to everything and free parking. Would highly recommend property

Very disappointed. Sink and tub drains were very slow. When showering, water stayed above feet. While washing face bathroom sink was half full because slow draining. Water went totally out and was out for 8-9 hours. Owner listed on VRBO which is where we rented. It is actually a time share so the hotel stated the couldn’t help. Owner wouldn’t communicate with us. A host on Koala wouldn’t connect us to owner. We were on our own. Don’t rent from the owner of this timeshare.
