Great location!
Great location for Henderson, right next to Lake Las Vegas. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants in the village. Check in process was very easy.

Reasonably Priced
The location is great IF you want to stay in/around Lake Las Vegas. IF you plan on spending time in/around Las Vegas it's a bit of a drive. In my opinion it would be nice for the rental to have a larger color tv in the living room, larger tv in the room with the king and one in the queen bedroom. The patio was nice and had easy access to the restaurants & shops in the plaza. The local grocery store does have a nice selection, it does close at 7pm.

This unit was very spacious, clean, good location away from the strip. Good Commuinication between owner, quick responses to any questions, love the little village like surroundings. Made us feel as if we were in Italy. Has its own grocery store, hair and nail salon, bouquets, restaurant and bar and grill. Great experience. Would love to return to this unit again.

Cute! Great bang for your buck!
We had a wonderful time staying here. We celebrated a loved ones birthday. They got a room near the pool, and that’s what we wanted, as well. It’s a short walk down to the pool. There’s an elevator if you rather skip the stairs. My aunt didn’t like that our view was of other buildings, but I thought it was at least attractive shops, that felt like you were in Europe somewhere. My only complaint was minor; the cheap wire, shower caddy, hanging in the master shower. It didn’t hold anything very well. It was easily unsteady and the shampoo would roll off onto the shower floor.. kind of a pain.. don’t they sell good ones at Ross, for something like only $20…? Hopefully that gets upgraded. Bring hair conditioner if you use it. We didn’t have any supplied in the room. But the market is close by. Just past the pool, down the steps. The carpets look like they are due for a good steam cleaning.. I only notice carpets because I have two toddlers that are often playing on the floor.. other than that, I thought the room was very clean. The owners were responsive and showed genuine concern for any issues we brought up. I would recommend this place to others.

Clean and quiet. Parking is a little bit of a hassle as there is nothing right at the building. The shower door in the 2nd bedroom would not stay closed during shower time. Needs a new magnet.

Beautiful pool area/Close to lake
Great property! Love the ease of getting to the room from the main entrance. The pools and hot tub were fantastic and a short walk from the condo. Gorgeous property. We loved the balcony! Parking is a bit of a walk, but you can unload right at the door for a short time. The close location to the lake and walking trail was a huge plus. Unfortunately, there was some construction to nearby properties which ruined the ambiance and calmness of our stay for a couple of days. I know this isn’t the fault of the property owners. It’s just a bummer when you’re trying to sleep in and relax by the pool to have sawing and hammering occurring for hours. Beds were comfy but desperately need better pillows. Carpet needs replaced but the bathrooms were big, beautiful, and clean. I recommend adding another dining room chair and replacing the 2 chairs in living room to more comfortable one’s. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your condo! We had a joyous time overall!

Raymond and David did an outstanding job with communication. Loved the location. Easy access to village and restaurants Condo needs updating and is deceiving from pictures on website. The shower door doesn’t close tightly. Kitchen walls have paint patches. Need totally repainted. Baseboards need repainted. They are marred and scratched badly. The carpet is fraying and looks dirty. I wore shoes the entire time. You don’t have a full set of silverware for 4 people! 2 salad forks and 3 entre forks! You don’t even have 4 glasses to drink from. Buy some pot holders for your guests. The outdoor furniture on patio is unstable and table rocks and could use nicer cushions. The cushions on living room chairs are flat! Need replaced. The mattresses on beds and linens are very nice. The towels are wonderful. Happy the refrigerator and stove works well shower heads work great. The bathrooms are pretty. Love the layout of condo. It’s very nice. Pool is very nice snd clean. The grounds are beautiful. I would stay there again if there was major upgrade inside of the condo.

Love lake Mead but...
We loved everything about this place except the A/C in our room was not working at all!!! On the hottest day in history the property managers as not helpful at all. I couldn’t sleep because it was so hot in the room very uncomfortable room 207 was the worst!!! We need a refund

Needs to be updated for sure! One of the pools was not working and was freezing. The pool area was nice although the pools a bit dirty. We loved how quiet it was but wasn’t very happy that the property location felt a little abandoned.
