This hotel was family-friendly. The drive was close to the Vegas Strip and other outlets in Las Vegas. The customer service was incredible and friendly. Our flight was late at night and the hotel staff allowed us to stay in longer and relax in before we leave. Overall, I had an incredible experience with this hotel. Took care of my family well and was attentive to our needs.

While there some positive aspects of my visit, I feel it is important to address a few areas that left me dissatisfied. First, I noticed that the breakfast offerings could benefit from increased variet - Not much options for toddlers - Additionally, I encountered significant issues with the laundry service - The machine hasn’t been maintained properly which resulted in my clothes being ruined. I sought assistance from the management staff; however, I found the support lacking and unhelpful. Quite disappointing. While my stay was satisfactory in several respects, these issues significantly impacted my overall experience.

Everything from checkin to checkout was seamless. The breakfast staff were also very lovely and started to recognize us in the mornings and would wish us a good day! The rooms were lovely, though I recommend checking out the sealing around the showers. We needed towels to mop up a lot of the water, but it wasn't too bad. We had four people, using the two queen beds and the couch day bed, and we were all quite comfortable. The room was spacious and so was the closet. Hotel always smelled nice when we walked in, and hot breakfast options varied each morning. You can get complimentary water at the desk. Gym was also pretty well equipped, but like most hotel gyms, nothing overly heavy. I didn't use the pool. Parking is $20 a night, which wasn't great, but it is what it is. If you have a rental and you return it before checking out, let them know so they won't charge you when there's no car and double-check before you leave in the morning. More just a regular thing to do at hotels! Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. I don't care much for the strip, but I was glad this didn't smell like smoke or had the restlessness of a casino hotel. Plus, it's very close to the airport!

The room had a fridge, microwave, & coffee maker which was very convenient. I liked being able to log into my own Netflix account. The bed was clean but extremely firm, which flared up my sciatic nerve pain. I barely slept. The room was clean, though I found a few dead bugs on the desk. Given the bed bug issues reported on the strip, I panicked a little. I called the front desk. A young man came right away to inspect. Thankfully, they were just fruit flies. He was very apologetic, cleaned the desk thoroughly, & explained their room inspection policy after every guest checks out. That gave some peace of mind, he was great. In fact, all of the night shift staff were great. They were warm, inviting, personable, accommodating, acknowledges you. They worked as a team to help guests. The day shift was the opposite. I needed help checking out with lots of bags & was told to get my own luggage cart. I went down & NO carts. Staff didn’t check before sending me, nor did the 3 people at the desk offer help, but instead ignored me standing there, no “may I help you.” I had my autistic child with me & couldn’t leave him or the bags unattended. We visibly struggled with a broken cart someone left in the hallway that I luckily found while staff watched & did nothing. A manager even ignored us while chatting with other guests. It took almost an hour to load the car. I was exhausted & disappointed. I will never stay here again. If it wasn’t for night shift I would give ZERO stars.

I rarely find a hotel that meats my cleanliness expectations, but this place exceded my expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great, pool was clean and functioning. I would stay here again. It was perfect for having to drop my daughter off at the airport very early in the morning.

I stayed here recently, and the entire experience was great. When we first arrived, the staff offered us complimentary water because it was hot and walked us through the process. They provided us a list of restaurants and establishments around the area that we could walk to. Definitely recommend the Japanese restaurant nearby. During our stay, staff were so nice. The housekeepers were so nice and checked with us daily to see if we needed service. The staff who handled the breakfast served great food and made sure everything was well stocked. I apologize for forgetting her name, but the Japanese lady who provided breakfast even came over to let us know that breakfast was ending soon and if she could get us anything. Definitely recommend this hotel. This will be our spot off the strip going forward.
