The Jockey Club is a hold out among the super modern and expensive resort having been built right next to and up to it over the decades. It is quaint and outdated, but clean and eith friendly staff. The Penthouse apartment we scored had a grand view of windowless walls of the adjacent Cosmopolitan casino. The "one bedroom" suite has extra "rooms" added, which leads to two skimpy metal frame king size beds in the main area, then a queen size bed in what may originally have been a closet and another sturdy king size bed in a somewhat weird partition off the galley kitchen. The walks don't reach all the way to the ceiling and air conditioning flow is questionable. There is also a futon couch, that's pull out-able. How 12 people would fit into this arrangement still escapes me. The apartment was clean, including kitchen and bathroom, just all a tad worn. Considering the location of a stone throw from the strip tucked between the Cosmopolitan and the Bellagio, it's a steal. Property contact person was efficient and helpful.

Great place on the Strip!

This was an overall great experience for us. Went with a family of 4, the kids each had their own bed, which was great! Only one bathroom, but we knew that going in. Such a great location being attached to the cosmopolitan!Our only complaints were (1) the bathroom mirrors and the kitchen backsplash (mirror) were pretty filthy when we arrived. (2) we were unable to use the coffee machine as it was clogged up, and the water reservoirs were full of what we are pretty sure was a large amount of mold. (3) all of the laundry facilities were out of order our entire stay (obviously not our hosts fault)

There were lightbulbs missing from lamps, overall the room was dark, both window shades were broken: one totally up, the other totally down. POOL: no access to either pool until after check in, no access to chealsea pool on first or last day. Also, you can’t get in the wait list for a future day until after you’ve checked in… meaning the pool list had already filled up by the time we were allowed to even sign up. Host only apologized, did not respond to fixit requests or request for early check in- per security there was no one in the room before us either, so the room was just sitting empty.

Great location!

The location is perfect. Can’t imagine any other location being so convenient. The space could use some updates but they make good use of the space by having 4 large beds. Only one bathroom which can be tough for a larger group but the 6 of us worked it out. Super convenient to Cosmopolitan and very close to many other places!

Great Stay!

The place was small but that was noted in the listing details. The one thing that is not listed in the details is that if you would like to access the Cosmopolitan pool, you must reserve it a day in advance. We were pleased with everything else.

First off, booking through VRBO was a complete nightmare. Constantly sent me repeated emails asking for party information, and when I replied and asked questions, never got a response back. photos are misleading. Pool is incredibly small. Walls had chipped paint and cracks. Very old and outdated. Missed dinner reservations for my bachelor party. Check in was for 4 o’clock, didn’t have the room ready because cleaners took until 7:00 to have it ready and we were stuck in swim wear which our reservations at a nice steak restaurant didn’t allow. Would not offer a comp of any kind at all. Had to settle for a walk in Mexican restaurant our first night in Vegas... Finally able to offer 100.00 off is all. If this was any kind of a reputable place at all like a larger hotel, comps would have been provided. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. Pay the extra 50.00 a night for a stay at A hotel and casino!!!
