Rooms are a bit rundown, but the AC worked when it was 100+ degrees. Easy walk to the Strip and my event at the stadium- 2 travel shampoos instead of 4 bars of soap would be nice. The cleaning product they use has a very unpleasant order-It's nice that cleaning products are being used, so I can't complain too much. Lastly, the shower tube is a bit claustrophobic

Definitely never staying here again, I decided to be cheap but be close to the Tmobile arena. I should’ve listened to the reviews lol, they’re not lying there’s roaches constantly just walking around. Homeless people don’t bother, but be aware there is A LOT! Especially in this area. Rooms have an awful smell, bed sheets have cigarette burns, towels feel like sandpaper, but I spent maybe 2-3 hours in there the whole weekend by distracting myself with activities all day & night just to stay away. My fault for going this low…

Front desk was great and I had no complaints until a little later when I found 4 cockroaches in my room. Went back to the front desk to request a new room (upstairs) and had zero problems (or roaches). That being said, I’d still be concerned staying here because of the roaches.

Good location. But, There was an unsafe environment around the hotel. Many homeless people were sitting and spending the night at the entrance to the hotel, by the front desk, demanding money from me, and no hotel staff did anything to remove them. It seems to be a frequent gathering spot for these types of people, since they were always there during my entire stay. Because of this, I had to find another way out to avoid passing by where they were with my family. Also, during the night in the room above mine, the guests played loud music and wouldn't stop walking or dancing until midnight. I went to complain to the reception, but the situation didn't improve. I definitely won't return to that place.

The staff are rude not very helpful. I asked for extra pillow and towels they didn’t give it to us. I booked for a non smoking room. But our room smells marijuana. But they don’t replace our room. No blower, no refrigerator.
