“clean tidy rooms, small bathroom but huge terrace and views to balance matters out. parking could be a problem but that applies to all hotels in the village good value and very close to town centre”

“Necesitaba alojarme en Benalmádena una noche y me ha sorprendido. El proceso ha sido sencillo. La habitación está muy cuidada, con muchos detalles que hacen la estancia cómoda y agradable. El resto del hotel, aunque lo he disfrutado poco tiempo, me ha gustado mucho. La piscina, el jacuzzi, la sauna... Necesito más días! Cerca del pueblo (que era lo que yo buscaba) pero tranquilo como si estuvieses en la montaña. Me ha encantado. Muy recomendable.”

“The only good thing about this hotel was the beautiful sea view. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The room was not clean, and there were tiny insects in the room. Although we booked the room for two adults and one child, it was only prepared for two guests. There were not enough towels, and housekeeping did not clean the room on time. Overall, our experience did not meet our expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.”

“We have been staying here for about 15 years or more. We have stayed in other aparthotels in the area but prefer Pierre et Vacances. The apt is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Beds are comfy with clean sheets every few days. The hotel is generally quiet. We noticed this time at the pool there were a number of larger groups of travellers but the hotel staff were keeping tabs on those situations. The hotel is well situated and well maintained. The grocery store is a new convenience.……

“Room was very clean. Kitchenette needed more utensils etc. Pool area needs more umbrellas and towels need to be bigger. Staff friendly. More choice at breakfast including vegetarian needed. Good location. Room service needs to be each morning. Could be excellent, just needs to further touches.”

“Manager of the hotel is an absolute crook. Booked a room for 2 people, they only had a room for 1- manager refuses to acknowledge any fault or refund the difference in price. On top of that rooms are extremely musty. ”
