“AC was weak at best. No AC in common areas. Room was dumpy and hotel was run down. Good enough for transit but would not bother with this one again. ”

“We stayed 1 week here. When we entered the room, the floor was dirty. Frequently, they did not provide towels unless you asked. When called for towels at 9 pm, they asked to wait until 10 pm due to unavailability of the towels. Twice, the water ran out because of shut electricity. When we called to complain, the phone also did not work. The room was actually quite nice and spacious for the price. However, due to the poor service, I would not recommend to stay here unless all the hotels were……

“Big rooms ”

“The infinity pool is definitely the highlight. If you like gyms, it looked decent too. The buffet breakfast is good especially if you like Indonesian dishes. The reception staff were eager to help. It was a quiet place to sleep on a Saturday night (important when comparing 4 star options!) However, the rooms are looking a bit worn even though the hotel is near new. The bathroom grout needs a thorough clean and new sheets need to be purchased as they were stained and thin. The masseuse didn't……
