"No directions via email were given to us but we managed to find the property. The name of the Villa wasn’t displayed so we didn’t know which one it was. The key doesn’t fit the front door properly and the owner was on in contactable so it was all a bit of a fraught start. Spoke to the owner two days later, who said that I had her landline number and not her mobile. Hence she didn’t reply when we couldn’t get into the property.
