"Great breakfast and location. Prosecco on arrival was a great touch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Made a request at reception which wasn’t followed through and also the lifts weren’t working properly for our whole stay, which caused an inconvenience. Other than that a lovely stay."

"Nice updated room with a very modern bathroom. The hotel did not have suitcase racks which was disappointing. Such a simple thing that was missed. It was close to the train station. The elevator supposedly goes down the train station which the hotel doesn’t advertise on their site. "

"Great location, and is within walking distance to the train station. The room could use some work however. The bathroom door was warped and could not close. The shower sprays out onto the floor. There is a lack of shelf space, and no drawers, so you will live out of your suitcase. Very noisy with the sound of slamming doors and voices from other rooms. The staff were friendly though. "

"The room was tidy and clean but in need of a little attention - I believe they are renovating at the moment. The food was good and the staff welcoming and helpful. We paid extra for a view and it was lovely. The bus stop was outside and made it easy and quick to get in and out of the city."
