No one cared about your comfort if it wasn't convenient for them. Parking on Saturdays are horrible. We had no hot water for the shower. The coffee maker didn't work. The lights in our room did not work except for one. But after calling a few times, Housekeeping took care of us. No one else cared. The hotel stinks of cigarette smoke everywhere. Will not stay there again!!

Overall it was a great experience. We needed up staying an extra night! Only thing we didn’t like is the parking situation and the elevator situation. It would take to long to get inside an elevator to go up to our room which was in level 5 and took to long to come down to the first floor also it took us so long to find parking it was completely packed.

We upgraded when booking to $99 a night on Memorial Day weekend so that we could get a river view, free wi-if and a mini fridge. Our room was on the 18th floor. Very clean and non smoking. Mini fridge didn’t work. The only thing that is new and updated were the slot machines. We did have a pleasant stay tho

The overall price was good. The service was exceptional, facilities were all open, parking was free & easy access. I didn't feel locked into the property nor impeded by an over presence of secuity (& I'm an ex-cop, it happens). Overall for my wifes B-day, we had an outstanding time & will probably return! On the bad side, I'm an ex-smoker... ugh!!! The room Az twr-7060 needed upgrade badly.
