It is a great place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Really nice, comfortable rooms. Really, its only downfall is parking. The Mantra Charles is so handy to the hospital and specialist medical clinics, but sometimes, its the parking. I've stayed there a few times and will continue to stay there.

Arrived early afternoon and got our free parking pass at reception. Reception staff efficient and welcoming, rooms clean air conditioner already on for our arrival. Sizeable bathroom with plenty of quality shampoo conditioner and body wash. Quiet room with very comfortable bed. We ate in the restaurant. The food was good I had the wagyu burger my wife the gnocchi it came quickly, nicely prepared and well presented. Service was efficient however our waitress calling everybody “my dears” every time she came to the table was friendly enough to start but painful every other time. A decent wine list with quality wines by the glass at reasonable prices. All in all a great stay only for a night but a great place that we would certainly stay at in the future without hesitation.
