Very nice hotel in a convenient location (close to the train station and metro and not very steep climb compared to other hotels in the area). This is an older property but very well maintained and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. They even had coffeemaker and a fridge which was not the case with other Swiss hotels I stayed in. Elevator was very handy. Overall, it is a great place to stay

My room was not fully ready upon arrival. The staff was very helfpul in helping me fix a couple of issues and offering some compensation. Facility is impeccable clean. Hotel is well located. Price vs value is rather high, but this is Switzerland, after all. There is no AC except in the superior rooms.

Property very close to train station, via under street tunnel and up a flight or 2 of outdoor stairs. Very quiet residential neighborhood with trees, adjoining garden for hotel guests. Breakfast buffet was delicious, and attentively served by staff. Front desk was helpful and courteous with all our questions. Room was a bit small, but very adequate for our needs of 2 grandparents and one young grandchild. Beds comfortable, fan in room, windows for ventilation. Elevator was very helpful after hiking up and down the streets during the day. We will book again with Hotel Elite should we return to Lausanne. Thank you to all who made our stay enjoyable.
