Great stay in Wengen!

We had a great stay at Racers Retreat 3. The chalet was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The shuttle was convenient, especially since the location was a little off the beaten path. The office staff was more than accommodating. We will definitely book with Alpine Holiday for future visits.

Ski Trip

We were a group of six people. The accommodation was spotlessly clean had all the amenities necessary for self-catering. The washing machine/dryer was a great addition. Four of us were skiing on this trip, the Innerwengen ski lift is a short walk away and you can easily ski to Wengen or get a train to nearby ski areas from the top of this lift. For non-skiers, the village of Wengen is easy to walk to. As well as lovely accommodation and good proximity to the slopes, I cannot recommend Alpine holiday services enough for their great customer service. On the day we arrived, Mandy welcomed us warmly and gave us great information as well as discounts for ski rental. When we had picked up our gear and done a food shop, we were transferred to the accommodation. For each day of the trip, we were entitled to one transfer in and one transfer out of the village. Each time we availed of this, the drivers were so friendly and good humoured. From start to finish, we really enjoyed our trip and were so pleased with the great service we received.
