Beautiful ocean front home in desirable Normandy Beach. Enjoy the multiple decks, which feature spectacular views, and ocean breezes. Two levels with three bedrooms 3 1/2 baths with: one queen bed, two twin beds, a king bed in a primary suite that offers a private office and balcony on second floor. Two queen pullout beds on the first floor. Enjoy the expansive open concept living area for relaxing with family and friends. You will find a fully stocked kitchen with double ovens, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, central air, Wi-Fi and cable. We purchased brand new mattresses and beds that you will find comfortable. This property has a garage and driveway for ample parking. You are able to access the beach via a private crossover. This home is oceanfront and close to town of Normandy, Bay Beach, Normandy Yacht Club, Mantoloking, Bay Head and oceanfront.

Kitchen: Upgraded Stainless Steal Appliances with ample amounts of cutlery, dishes, drinking glasses, wine glasses, crockpot, Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven, cleaning products, trash bags, lightbulbs, detergent, plastic-wear, corkscrews, beverage mixers, lobster/crab crackers, and new pots/pans.

Patio/Beach: Most if not all patio furniture is placed on the patio for your arrival. This includes gas grille, dining table for eight, 2-patio umbrellas (might be located in garage), 4-Adirondack chairs, and 2-lounge chairs. Extra gas propane tanks are found in the garage. In the garage is an ample supply of beach chairs (4-mid height upright chairs and 4 lower), 4-beach umbrellas, 6-bicycles, hammocks, sand toys, boogie boards and beach games. 8 beach badges. If you have suggestions please let us know.
Foosball table in the garage.
The bikes are great for a quick trip to the store. Or you can enjoy an indoor Peloton spinning session on the newly delivered Peloton stationary bike. The Peloton bike is overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Beach cruisers are located in the garage. The Peloton bike is located in the office off of the master bedroom suite.

House is protected with alarm and security cameras. Alarm will be disarmed at time of check in and armed at time of checkout. If a false alarm is triggered a fee of $500 maybe imposed. The security cameras are located on the perimeter of the house and inside the garage for protection.

Cleaning fee included in pricing unless an additional charge needs to be added after checkout if guests/tenants have not adhered to checkout guidelines or have broken house rules.

**Guests/Tenants are responsible for their own sheets, bathing and beach towels.
You can order linens through a local linen provider or bring your own. Estimated cost for a weeks stay if you elect to use a local linen service you can expect to pay $100 for complete sets for all sleeping arrangements. If you add bath towels another $100 and beach towels about $60.
