“The cabin is cozy, inviting, and clean. It was perfect for my needs, which were to relax and get some quiet. The town is very near and I was able to get food delivered easily when I didn't want to leave. I wish I had more time to have a longer stay and take advantage of the porch, go to the state park, and see more of the downtown. ”

“We had an absolutely phenomenal stay for the 4th of July weekend. Lance was a very responsive and kind host, the dock is clean and lovely, and the home was exactly as described with everything we needed. “This is a beautiful place on Lake Hartwell...very clean. Owners communicated very well. Close to I85 but not too close. We stayed here for a long weekend and a UGA football game. Access to Athens was extremely easy coming from the North. Family flew in and out of Greenville SC which is only an hour away. Nice to avoid Atlanta traffic. Lavonia and Hartwell not too far away with grocery stores, restaurants, etc.”

“This is an amazing property. We had more than enough room for our family including 2 teenage boys and two grandmas and us. The house was clean and warm. The decor was inviting. The boys had their own space downstairs and we had a wonderful time chilling out in the back porch. The lake was great for fishing and the boys enjoyed the kayaks. Thank you for a pleasant stay. We will be back!”
