“My cousin, sister and I stayed here for two nights while we were exploring the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. The home was well-positioned for our distillery visits, clean, lovely, spacious, with lots of room for three independent adults. We all agreed that we would happily stay here again. ”

“Our long weekend here was fantastic! The house is so nice and has everything you need. It’s also cozy and beautiful at the same time!! It is in a perfect location, so close to so many things! The bed was comfortable and it was so hot, but the house stayed cool, which was much appreciated. Two suggestions, a shade in the kitchen looking toward the neighbor, I had two moments where I was looking directly at the guy next door (lol) and a book or page about how things in the house work or……

“The home is absolutely gorgeous! My kids loved all the extra arcade games. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was absolutely amazing. A horrible storm came through but the host was still very attentive and compassionate. My kids loved being there so much they ask to stay longer. ”

“Such a wonderful property! The cabin is newer, exceptionally clean and well furnished, and the property has beautiful gardens. We felt safe, comfortable, and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the rural setting that allowed us to fully relax. This cabin is spaced far enough from the other few on the property to allow for privacy. The owner was highly responsive and very kind:) It was located within fair distance to multiple distillaries, the Legacy Trail for biking (highly recommend!!!), and……

“What a lovely home! Our host was so welcoming and kept in touch all along the way, even checking in after we had arrived to make sure everything was ok. A welcome basket with snacks and drinks greeted us - what a lovely surprise. The home is impeccably decorated, and there are plenty of spaces to relax. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio in the back and the screened porch in the front. Loads of bedroom space, fans in the rooms, fresh sparkling linens, and another sitting porch off the……

“The property had everything that was listed It was neat and clean upon arrival, pool was great and so was the hot tub!!! Plenty of room for everyone and the whole family had fun. The owner and property manager were easy to reach and were very responsive. Overall this was a great experience and the next time we come through i would stay here again. ”

“We loved our stay at Barrel Top Bourbon House! The owners went above and beyond when thinking of everything you might need during your stay. Traveling with young kids, we really appreciated the blackout curtains in all the bedrooms, as well as a pack-in-play that was already set up in the large primary closet - perfect dark place for a baby to nap/sleep! The house was spotless when we arrived and there were towels and toiletries in each bedroom, just like a hotel! The pool was great and super……

“The cute little blue cottage was perfect for our stay in Harrodsburg. Easy walk to the historic downtown. The cottage was very comfortable and well appointed. Good location for our tours to some bourbon distilleries and Shakertown Village. We would love to stay again if we get back to Harrodsburg area. Thank you!”
