「This property manager did try to provide everything needed but it was difficult to talk through the VRBO website. However, calls and texts were responded too.The temperature dropped to 8 degrees and the heating system could not keep up so the manager provided a space heater. "I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me."
