The reservation was non-refundable by the time we investigated reviews, and after reading the reviews so close to our travel date, we just decided to go for it. I’m happy we did. The reviews for this place are definitely unfair. In fact, it’s kinda outrageous because our experience was pretty close to a 5/5!
