Magnificent new villa in the spirit of the Ile de Ré of 130m2.
The geographical location: 100 m from the market and 500 m from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
* Very nice living room with lounge, satellite tv and dvd player
* Fully equipped kitchen (oven, toaster, citrus press ...)
* 3 rooms:
- a first bedroom with private shower room and wc,
- a second bedroom with shower room and wc,
- a third with two bunk beds with shower room,
* Outdoor laundry room,
* Heated swimming pool (28 ° c) from May to mid October and secure with cleaning by automation,
* Landscaped garden with automatic watering,

Une très belle villa avec piscine, très bien placée au cœur du bois plage avec toutes les commodités à proximité et son marché. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour sur l’île en famille.

Beautiful house in perfect location
We were a family of 5 staying at this house for 10 days in Jul/Aug and it was perfect. Beautiful house in a perfect location with the best market on the island 1 minute walk away. The house is spacious, modern and each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom which was great for the kids. Our family had a wonderful stay, the pool and surrounding garden was beautiful and the hosts really lovely and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage
Insgesamt gutes Haus mit schönem Pool. Trotz zentraler Lage, direkt am Markt und Supermarkt alles sehr ruhig. Gut waren auch die Schattenplätze neben dem Haus.

Très jolie maison.
Jolie maison spacieuse, décorée avec goût. Emplacement idéal pour nous : au calme tout en étant dans le centre (près du marché et de la supérette), à 5min en vélo de la plage. Quelques petits oublis facile à corriger (un sèche serviette pour 3 salles d’eau, étendoir et aspirateur manquants) mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour et de vouloir louer de nouveau la maison l’année prochaine. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, disponible et à l’écoute.

Excellent villa the centre of le Bois plage.
We stayed for 6 nights in October. The villa is large, very modern and clean. Each room has its own shower and sink. We were able to use the heated pool even in October (at least the kids did). The location is perfect, just next to a great boulangerie, the market with merry go round, and cafes. The beach is an easy cycle to the bottom of the road. We would love to return.

Parfaite pour un court ou long séjour
Emplacement idéal, tout à proximité immédiate, on se voit bien y rester sur une longue période. La piscine chauffée est très agréable tout comme la maison qui est bien équipée et conçu même pour 2 familles d'amis comme nous étions.
