Très bien

Studio climatisé très bien situé et très bien équipé avec accès direct à une petite plage. La place dans le parking privé et sécurisé de la résidence est un vrai plus. Tout est fait pour vous faciliter la vie. En effet Valérie a tout prévu pour vous permettre de passer un très bon séjour sans encombrer vos bagages ( prêt de serviettes pour la douche et la plage, parasol, glacière…L’emplacement de ce studio prêt d’une petite zone commerciale ( 3 minutes en voiture) vous permet d’aller facilement d’un coté comme de l’autre de l’ile. Valérie est réactive et très gentille, elle est aux petits soins avec ses vacanciers ( des viennoiseries, du pain, des fruits frais et des boissons fraîches nous attendaient à notre arrivée). Vraiment bien !

Studio idyllique et très bien situé, plage en bas de la résidence

C'était un mélange de congés et de télétravail, j'ai eu un très beau séjour, le studio est superbement équipé, Valérie a veillé à ce que tout y soit, avec le moindre petit détail, le linge maison est de très bonne qualité et en quantité suffisante, et l'accueil à mon arrivée était superbe. Valerie est très attentive à ce que tout soit parfait. Vous avez un Leclerc pas très loin en voiture, ce qui est vraiment très pratique, de très bon restaurants aussi à la Marina et ensuite au Gosier centre qui est à côté un grand choix de restaurants et de bars très sympas.

Un accueil exceptionnel et un superbe séjour

J’ai passé un très agréable séjour dans l’appartement de Valerie qui est parfait: très bien situé à Bas du Fort à 50 mètres de la plage, ce logement tout neuf est très joliment décoré et fonctionnel. Il est aussi parfaitement bien équipé , tout y est! Une mention spéciale pour Valerie qui est adorable et m’a réservé un superbe accueil: boissons, corbeille de fruits, viennoi, pain frais à l’arrivée! Un grand merci pour sa grande gentillesse !

De merveilleuses vacances

Vacances agréables, Valérie l'hôte est une personne super sympathique et prête à vous aider si besoin !! L'endroit est calme, une grande piscine, la mer juste en bas de l'appartement et le top un petit restaurant qui ne paie pas de mine où vous avez la possibilité d'y manger midi et soir ou prendre à emporter le midi moyennant 10€ et excellemment cuisinés.... Je conseille vivement d'aller chez Valérie vous n'aurez aucun regret !! Bonnes vacances aux prochains.

Appartement au top, bien situé permettant de visiter tout autant Basse-Terre que Grande-Terre. Dès notre arrivés dans l'appartement Valérie était au petit soin pour nous. En effet elle avait préalablement acheté des viennoiseries, des fruits locaux et remplis le frigo. L'appartement est nickel rien à redire. Valérie s'est montré disponible et à l'écoute tout au long de notre séjour. Elle nous as aidé lors de nos problèmes lié à la tempête Fiona et trouvait des solutions pour qu'on puisse rentrer en France. Une hôte comme elle est très rare. On la recommande vivement lors de votre passage à la Guadeloupe.

Superbe sejour dans ce studio

Merci beaucoup à Valérie grâce à qui le séjour dans l'appartement s'est merveilleusement passé. L'emplacement est top,la vue sur la mer et la Marina est vraiment agréable, la baignade en mer ou a la piscine est une opportunité. Enfin, l'emplacement est vraiment pratique car le Gosier est central pour visiter Grande Terre ou Basse Terre. L'équipement de l'appartement est très bien adapté et l'accueil est exceptionnel. J'ai rarement eu autant d'attentions à notre arrivée. Encore merci!

Valérie prend le soin de remplir le réfrigérateur, achète pain, croissanterie, confiture fruits, rhum... Elle équipe son appartement de tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter jusque dans les détails , lave linge avec la lessive, glacière, transat, parasol, pèse valise... La literie est confortable, m. Valérie est une propriétaire exceptionnelle, nous n'avons jamais eu de location aussi bien. Nous recommandons son appartement de Standing. Seul bémol l'entretien des extérieurs piscine et ses équipements à rénover mais cela n'incombe pas à Valérie mais à la copropriété. Si non parfait séjour, un grand MERCI à Valérie
