"Escale n°11" is a 25 m² studio apartment for 4 people located in a residence. This studio is ideally situated near the cross-country ski trails and ice rink in winter and the playground and treetop adventure course in summer. Enjoy free access to the indoor heated swimming pool with spa jets and massage jets, reserved for Escale guests. You can also take advantage of Escale's other amenities (games room, restaurant, free Wi-Fi, etc.). Apartment location: - 450 m from the center of Grand-Bornand Village - 900 m from the downhill ski slopes - 350 m from the cross-country ski trails - 50 m from the free shuttle stop (150 m in summer) - 150 m from the bus station. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available in a private outdoor lot. Cleaning is not included and can be booked in advance. Bed linen and towels are available for rent. Arrival from 4:00 PM - Departure before 10:00 AM. You will be contacted by the local agency regarding payment of mandatory tourist taxes, booking of cleaning services, and rental of bed linen and towels if needed. * *To be booked 7 days before your arrival and subject to availability. Kitchen: kitchenette. Kitchen equipment: stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 200-liter refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle. Living room: 17 m², 160*190 cm, 1 double sofa bed. Sleeping alcove: separate sleeping alcove from the living room by a door, 2 bunk beds. Bathroom: 1 bathroom with 1 shower, minimum 1 shower. Toilet: 1 toilet in the bathroom. Location: Le Grand-Bornand Village
