"My friends and I planned a 2 week long trip to Italy with our stay in Tuscany being our middle stop. While we were very excited to arrive, we were quickly let down once we realized what we expected to get with our stay was not possible. We booked Via Hotels.com and were told we would have a room with Air Conditioning as well as laundry services on site. When given our rooms, we were met with the lack of AC and 2 fans to “help”. "The hotel is an old farm, vinyard that has been converted to hotel with restaurant and wine tasting. It's located within 25-45 minutes from several wineries, castles and other old villages. The staff, especially Sabrina, was excellent. "

"A true gem! Rooms are on the small side but absolutely comfortable and tasteful. Newly renovated with quality materials. The bathroom was spotless, a very nice size, shower with both oversized and handheld shower heads. Climate control was great: so quiet you could not hear the AC was on! Rooms are quiet and matress so comfortble that I overslept and missed breakfast! However, they insisted on offering me some coffee or juice. Very nice staff. Free parking on premises. Will definitely be back if...
