- In Le Porge, this 140 m² 5-room villa offers secure access via an electric gate. Located 10 km from Porge-Océan beaches and restaurants, the house is ideally situated between Lacanau and Lège-Cap-Ferret, with walking access to the village center.
The villa accommodates up to 6 guests. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room opening onto the terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, one bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower (160 cm bed), and separate toilets. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with 140 x 200 cm beds and a shower room with toilet.
You also have access to a fitness room and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A gas plancha, ping-pong table, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a children's swing are available. Bed linen is provided.
Cycling enthusiasts will enjoy direct access to bike paths, making it easy to explore the region.
