「The place has a hostel feel to it. The entryway and garden are dirty but the room itself was clean. The communication with management was slow but when they did respond they were very accommodating. The room was a good size, the place was quiet and in a convenient location. All in all, I’d say it’s not bad for a short stay.」

「The apartment is in a great location and a cute little place. The A/C was amazing and very nice to have a washer - there’s no dryer, but a drying rack. 「I really loved staying here. The location is great - just a 15 min walk from the bus station and right in the heart of everything. The terrace is exactly as photographed and is wonderful. When I wasn't out exploring Aix, I spent most of my time on this terrace. Check in was easy with the host meeting me on-site and giving me a quick tour to make sure everything was ready and in good shape. 「The property location was excellent! We walked to all the places we wanted to visit easily. The property is dated, could use some upgrades with the yellow chair (worn and ditry). The shower situation is not good. You have to sit in the tub and use the shower nozzle. We definitely needed more pillows. The 2 provided were quite thin. 「Was a great small place for a couple. It had a great location right in the heart of aix and a charming little private garden and best of all it had air-conditioning, which was really important when we were there because it was in the 90s. The only drawback to the apartment which the host mentions in the text is that there is a very low spot in the hallway, which will be a problem if you were taller than about 5 foot 6. But after a few bumps, I learned to watch out for it.」

「For the first time, I am taking my time to write a detailed review. I wish the owner would take better care of the property, if they are planning to rent it out. When we arrived the AC, that was advertised, did not work and it was extremely hot inside. We opened the windows and tried to contact the property manager, and it took two hours to hear back. They provided instructions which included turning off the breaker for the whole apartment and turning it back one, as if we were electricians....

「Very well located in the heart of the centre near shops and food outlets. This however means it’s very noisy especially at night. . The streets are cleaned daily so the area is very clean. Locals are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend in hot weather as no air conditioning which was not ameliorated with fans that get very hot in hot weather. However any issues were very quickly sorted by the hosts so this was welcomed. Good value for money you get what you pay for.」
