“Cutest little spot in the heart of montmarte. Walk downstairs and you’re in the midst of cafes and restaurants. We absolutely loved this spot. It was perfect for a 2 night stay, the only thing that would have made it better is a more efficient AC unit. We kept the window open bc AC just wasn’t doing its job. It was still warm, but this is coming from an American where we like things extra cool indoors. Other than that, check in was a breeze. Room was ready in time. Felt very clean. Location was……

“Staff were welcoming and kind. The down side was the hardware. Room was small and too much decorations in room. Facilities seen aging and shower has mold and smell.”

“We were very disappointed that the hotel did not have a public terrace with view of the Eiffel Tower. The listing images suggested that, and you had to read the small print to see that the advertised view was from a bedroom balcony. This was not clear and we booked the property because it has a terrace and fantastic view. Please can you amend the listing to make this clear. And do we get any compensation for our disappointment?”

“We chose Le Pigalle on recommendation from our friend, and had a pleasant stay for the 3 nights we were in Paris. Very convenient location, if you like to shop, you can walk to Galeries Lafayette in 15 minutes. We chose the Pigalle 15 (standard room), the room itself is quite small since the bed took up a lot of space, but the bed was really comfy so it kind of made up for it. The rooms are clean and tidy. ”
