Preferred Lebanon - Pine Grove hotels

"The hotel welcomes pets, but the grassy area to walk your pet is down a steep slope and is littered with trash. The garbage can in the pet area was overflowing with trash. Could use more grassy areas directly around the hotel instead of the mulch for pets. "

"The room was clean, fresh and well taken care of. The beds were comfortable. No bugs. Everything smelled good. The bug covers on the mattress were the high quality ones. The staff was wonderful. Other than cruddies on the pool tiles ( not enough to keep me from coming back - I will ! ) everything was perfect !!"

"We stayed in room with porch which was nice. Each section had own sit down area for breakfast however breakfast was grab and go at main hub. Breakfast was basically cereal, muffins, bagels"

"The pool is beautiful, clean and stocked with towels. The gym has a sauna that we enjoyed, and again, the area was very clean. The beds were great! Lots of soft pillows. The rooms are spacious and include a small fridge, microwave, and closet with iron and hangers. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. The front desk was efficient and kind. We enjoyed some small appetizers from Bistro 2two2 and it was delicious and the food was competitively priced, not cheap, but not overpriced. The locally sourced coffee that they serve was also a bonus "

"When I went to the front desk this morning at 4:30 AM to catch my shuttle that I had reserved, I was informed that the shuttle driver had called in sick and there was no ride to the airport for me. When I asked what my alternatives were, the front desk clerk said I might have a guy, I can call him and see if he’s awake, but you’ll have to pay for it. I said if I’m paying, I’ll just call an Uber. I asked if the hotel would reimburse me she said no. She was not apologetic, or helpful and actually fairly rude considering my situation, left without a ride and no advance notice. Don’t trust the Airport Shuttle advertisement at this hotel. Stay somewhere more reputable."
