The accommodation

The villa consists of four carefully appointed bedrooms:

2 bedrooms (Master) of 180x200 with private bathroom (bath and toilet) and dressing room.
1 bedroom of 160x200 with private bathroom (shower and toilet).
1 bedroom with two 90x200 beds, private bathroom (shower and toilet).

On request, a baby cot can be added. All rooms are air-conditioned, except for the bedroom with the two single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a convivial dining area and also has a living room with a TV corner. A washing machine is also available.

Make the most of the outdoor space with:

- A dining table, garden furniture and a summer kitchen.
- Sunbeds to bask in the sun.
- A swimming pool of 8m x 4m x 1.40m deep, for refreshing moments.

Within a 5-minute drive you will find various shops: supermarket, bakery, restaurants, butcher, tobacconist, grocery store, cinema, bowling alley and market.

Charging cars during your stay is not included in the initial rate.

The concierge package (check-in/check-out and check-out cleaning (estimated at 6 hours)) is mandatory. Overtime will be charged to tenants in the event of non-compliance with the cleanliness rules. This fee is to be paid directly on site with our service provider: €200.

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure before 11:00 a.m.
